At PrintAvatars, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 100% refund or cancellation policy under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:
1.1. The product does not match the quality standards promised.
1.2. The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1.3. You submit a refund request within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a refund, you must provide proof, such as photos or videos of the product showing the issue.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Order Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has already started.

  • If the product needs to be returned, we will provide instructions for returning it.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:
4.1. Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
4.2. Personalized items with errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
